I use a steering wheel a lot like that one and the NRG quick release hub and I absolutely love it. It centers easy, it detaches easy and there's not play.

I highly recommend this setup and good luck on the sale! Also for the tall drivers, this might be a chance to get the steering wheel closer to you.
