it *really* depends on the traffic. I went down a couple years ago to a dyno day to hp freaks, and the drive down took right around 3 hours, drive up was 3.5ish. The drive up from ALMS two weeks ago took a little over 5 hours...that's how big a difference it makes.

3 to 3.5 hours would be with perfect conditions and going just about the speed limit, a little over.
However, I have heard of it taking around 6 hours from Seattle. It ALL depends on the time of day and whether or not there is traffic, accidents, weather, etc.

Traffic plays a huge role. Last Friday on the way down to PIR to track the bikes, it took us 2 hours to get from South Center to Oympia. We left South Center at 3, and got to Olympia around 5.
