I would say yes to all because their witness (the cop) would be considered "unreliable" at that point but don't "go for it" without a lawyer .......

Then whoever was hypothetically cited should retain a hypothetical lawyer. Especially, if the license was hypothetically invalid.

.... how would the cop hypthetically have known that? whatever is on the car is what should be on the hypothetical ticket.

especially???? because you'd be hypothetically admitting to hypothetically have beeeeeen hypothetically driving on that date which you hypothetically weren't allowed to ...... hypothetically speaking. At that point the cops reliability doesn't matter, it'd just be fact.
