Aw, come on, is it really cheating to have it wedged between the dash & the windshield?

Yes, it's cheating. Just like walking around with a strategically placed magazine in a nudist colony - strictly by the rules, but risking nothing!

Me? I'm not game to take off the front plate. Yet.

Front plates are UGGGGGGGGGLY. To think that I almost moved to North Carolina cause that state doesn't require it either. Sort of.

Imagine how much of our tax dollars will be saved if all states were required to produce only one plate. The processing time, materials, and money will be less.

It'll make our Stooks alot more pleasing to look at. As a matter of fact all makes/models.

We have a bill pending in the Texas legislature to do away with the front plate, and I hope it passes sometime soon. For now I decided to keep the plate but lose the ugly bracket. I simply got a couple of thick rubber washers to put behind the plate so it couldn't scratch the bumper; works great.

you all need to chill on the front plate.. No one...walks around going..damn that dude's car is ugly cuz it has a front plate. anyone that worried about how their car looks, or to judge a car like the S2000 on the front plate...is not a car fanatic, but an image fanatic. Just put the stupid plate on and deal with it....sheesh.
sound like damn vette owners on the Z06 forum!! haha

I have my front plate on but... didn't somebody run a test and find that the front plate blcoked 20%+ of the airflow to the radiator?

That radiator reading, license plate 20 percent blocking blah is bullshit. Everyone knows I'm totally against blocking the air dam, but the license plate really doesn't hinder the ram-air effect as the airbox is located on the passenger side and not in the middle.

I'm sure the Honda engineers took these factors into account. They freakin' milked everything they could out of the F20C.
