Not sure if it's really cheating, I've got family in two parts of Washington and I'd be staying in both areas depending on the time. Which location would you choose? If it is cheating, it's not cheating too badly IMO. I mean hell at the end of the day my car runs clean enough to pass the sniffer anyway just don't have an ODBII port is really the problem.
