Default New s2k owner

Well after going around to tons of dealership and talking to many annoying and sometimes dumb sales men I finally purchased me first s2k. Great car, great handling, and im loving it.

Just wanted to say hi, and introduce myself. thanx for all the help on the other thread. After looking at many used s2k i just decided to cough up the dough for a new s2k. Its a 2005 GPW

Just some questions about the car. Did you guys get a front clear bra for the car? If so how much and where to get it?

Thank you
Haenry

Hopefully be able to meet you guys at a meet in the future. Got a lot to learn from s2k member veterans

Congradulations on the recent purchase. Come down and check out a Taco Tuesday. While I don't have a clear bra on the car, there are a number of members who do and the general consensus states that this aftermarket modification is a must have if car about how your car looks.

... especially with all those trucks hauling fill for the third runway project.

I don't have the "clear bra" myself, but paint integrity has not really been a stong point in the history of my car.

On a related note: When I get the car licensed again I will need a fourth windshield.

Somebody once commented on "the rock-infested Pacific Northwest", and that sure does seem to be the case.

yup I wish I had gotten it done but it's not worth the $900+ that the dealerships try to gouge you for

Another poor soul bought one of the S2000 replicas. When will people realize Honda stopped building them in 2000?
