Hey, it happens.
A few years ago, I was on the way to the car dealer
with my minivan to get the sliding door fixed - it just
would NOT open from the inside. Actually about to
drive out when my very young daughter flipped the
"child proof" switch.
I'd been trying
to figure it out for a week!

Ted, I think it's more like 22 of 22 (don't think there have been any reported "true failures" of the pass side window system)
