Has anyone out there been to Octoberfest in Leavenworth ? I was thinking on a planned drive to Octoberfest this weekend ( Saturday Oct 2nd ). I just didin't have a clue as to what finding parking for a group would be like.

I was thinking of starting in Issaquah (early, to beat the crowd to Leavenworth) and head east on I-90 to Blewett pass then north to Hwy 2 (Leavenworth) for lunch and home on Hwy 2 (I'm sure with all of the traffic it would be slow going), at Sultan we could hit Ben Howard road to Monroe and split up from there.

The weather is looking good for the weekend, so do I have any takers and any ideas as to where to park once we arrived in Leavenworth.

MEET: Issaquah KRISPY KREME 9'ish, headout 9:30'ish and end up at Octoberfest 11:30

 

Parking always sucks in Leavenworth.
