The main difference between GM-FM and Honda MTF is that the Honda fluid starts to feel like crap after about 2000 miles. I've had the GM-FM in for about 5000 miles now and it still feels as good as day 1; I went through MTF every 2-3K before that. As for the diff, Mobil 1 75W-90 does the job every 15K.
