Yup, very cool.

Kept seeing flashes going off in the distance from people taking pictures. Must have a better flash than mine to work at 230,000 miles.

My wife came home with lots of pics. A few are quite spectacular. Gina, I've asked her to send you a couple of the really good ones when she has time to load the driver onto her computer. She was so excited about using the camera, she didn't even load the disc yet.

Wouldn't it be funny if the flash did work? All they would get would be a bright, full moon.

(Yeah, yeah, time delay and all that. It's just the thought that is amusing.)

Same deal at rock concerts with all the flashes going off at the dark stage with cool colored lights - would you really want to see those rock stars in full frontal flash illumination?

I used to be a tour guide for Boeing (college job). The funniest thing was when the tourons would take flash pictures of a slide show. I can only imagine them looking at those pictures later and seeing nothing but a blank white wall with some faint colored images on it.
