For information on times, see UW Webpage

The moon will rise in partial eclipse, with totality running from 7:23 through 8:45, so the moon will be low in the eastern sky. If you want to see this, find somewhere with a good view of the eastern horizon, and bring binoculars.

My goofy wife is presently sitting in the hatch of her PT Cruiser at the city limits (less light) with a new digital camera (a gazillion times zoom) that she bought today just so she can take pics of the eclipse. She'll sit there for 3 to 4 hours gawking at the sky. Like I said .........................
GOOOOOFYYYY!

Well, that was cool. I guess I don't go to bed that early.
