That's why they make helmet vents and cool suits.
Yup. But it's easier and cheaper to just stay home. At least at Thunderhill, there's an air conditioned building to take refuge in when not driving.

Marek & I just got back from an awesome TrackDay in Portland today:
Totally open track w/ no assigned run groups (just go when you want for about an 8 hour period)
Open passing
No slow people (or traffic, except on the way home)
Ride alongs
No Black Flags for spins or offs .......

.... and last but not least Track Babes!!!!!!!!!

The guy running the event actually hired Hot Chicks to hang with us in the pits (Mark, you get'n that kind of love racing Spec Miata )

Mike, Pong told me he tried to get you to go down but he said you were too pu$$
It was truly a kick a$$ event, even the few laps where I saw someone (either passing them or me getting passed) the lap times weren't effected since it was basically open passing pretty much anywhere

Russ, I thought specifically of you after I encountered the third babe and "put it together" that it wasn't a random thing

no way, it will ruin RT's signature paint job that take him years to "build up"

and he would have a hard time explaining to Mrs.RT the two round mark on the hood...

nah, cuz the good ones will leave a heart shape on the hood. Nothin' says "I love you" more than a heart shaped imprint on your hood!
