Default Weird Noise

I was driving back home last night, and noticed a weird like grinding sound coming from the rear driver side. Only makes the noise moving forward, I doub'e checked it going backwards and there's no grinding sound. It gets progressivley louder and somewhat faster as the car moves forward faster. What is is?

It got new wheel bearings & heat shields in the rear when the wheels were stolen back in February.

I've had a similar sound happen when I had my prelude. It was a heat shield rubbign up against the back of the rotor.

That's what I was going to suggest you check. Have you already looked at it to see?

it was a rock caught between the back of the rotor and heat shield.

That little thing thing was making all that commotion.
