Smile What kind of a crap law is this!

So, I got pulled over yesterday in Seattle near Safeco Field.

Why?

Because it looked like I was speeding!

There was no radar reading, no tailing me to find out my speed, nothing. But, sure enough, I get a ticket for $101, appearance of exceeding the speed limit.

What kind of pile 'o crap law is that and who the hell voted that one in?

Seattle must be hurtin' for revenue.

I have fought every ticket I ever got. You have to go fight this one. If he didn't use any kind of speed monitoring device then you should be able to get off. If you want hire a lawyer, they cost about $200 but they pretty much guarantee to get you off. Did you know if the officer doesn't file your ticket within 48 hours from the time you got it that you can have it thrown out. There is a law that he has to file within 48 hours of the time of the ticket. If you fight it they will send you a copy of the ticket front and back, check the date filed. Most cops are so busy they wait to long to file it. Little things like that are what the lawyers will use.
