WTB: Headlight Ballast

well i already tried fixing the wiring for my headlights, changed the bulbs, now i think its the ballast. so if anyone has a working ballast laying around I'll buy it.

i'm still trying to trouble shoot the problem though. im still not sure why the high beam bulbs are coming on dim.
