TITLE: Looking Squarely back through Honda's Window of Time...
DATE TAKEN: Aug 13, 2009
DESCRIPTION: Honda's purebred sportscar offerings are represented here (sadly defunct as of this year), and looking through the "square" window of time in the centre of the photo, you can see through (and back) to the Honda S800.
HOW IT WAS TAKEN: This is a collection of 5 Tamiya 1/24th scale plastic model kits (2 of which are still in their plastic wrapping), arranged onto a mantelpiece in the form of a square - the Honda S800 kit is placed at the back. The photo was taken with a Nikon D90 using the kit lens (18 - 105mm VR zoom) set up on a tripod. It was taken indoors, and required approx. 6 sec shutter speed, aperture set to F22. Natural light from a window was used.
EDITING: The only Photoshop editing done was to crop it to a square shape to eliminate all the surrounding pixels, and to resize the photo to the required 800 pixel width (darn, that wreaks havoc with the sharpness!!)
