How much of a difference is the 1.3 to 1.6 crop factor? For $500+ is it really worth holding onto the 20D? I do enjoy having the extra distance on my 200mm lens, but I really want the extra focus points and a little wider range on some other lenses. I'm still trying to decide if those extra focus points are worth another $3,000 though

What are the 1D Mark II N's going for on the used market? They're good up to 80,000 clicks right? Or is it 100,000 clicks?

I really want the S, but that's another $3,000 on top of the N
I use a 20D as my back up body so that I don't have to swap out lenses all the time.

I prefer keeping my 70-200 on the 1D MKII and the 16-35 on the 20D just due to what I shoot. You will notice a difference with the crop factor. I can actually use the 70-200 as a walkaround lens at most car shows on the 1D MKII but I can't on the 20D.

If you don't want to pay the $3k on the 1D MKIIN, you can find a 1D MKII for about $2300-2400; I bought mine for $2300 shipped with ~ 14k clicks several months ago. You'll definately notice a difference in the autofocus system going from a 20D to a 1D MKII, worth every penny.

The shutter will easily last 100-150k clicks, which is more than enoughf or most people.
