What do you guys recommend for a fast 4g SD HC card?

 

i have the same camera as my p&s,

i have always used sandisk ultra or extreme in my dslr so why i bought the 800is i also got a 2 gig sandisk ultra II i'm sure that they card is much faster then the camera can actually shoot.
