Constructive Criticism
Hey there,
Well I just want some constructive criticism on these photos as to whats good and what can be improved

As you can see I am pretty new to this so yes I know these photos aren't the best. If any of you have the D-80 and can give me some pointers on what settings to mess around with, I tried changing the shutter speed but the pictures failed miserably.
I just have a question as to how to take a shot that looks like the picture in the bottom, is it a filter that was used with the camera or just photoshoped? Sorry if this has been asked before.

1 and 3 has some clutter in the background that could be easily cloned out. (at least for 1, 3 not so much)
2 just isn't working. Not telling me anything in the picture. The car's pointing to a gate...ok, so what are you trying to say?
4's a nice try but missing a few things. Either more city lights, or more light on the car. Shooting ambient light only for dusk shots are dicey; details are lost on the back of the car.
Re: your question - you tilt your camera, pay no attention to the background so you have stuff sticking out of car's roofs, play around with shadows and highlights in photoshop and you'll get stuff like that (along with some saturation adjustment). Hell I'm surprised the guy didn't put a border on it and watermark blah blah blah photography on it.

That was funny. To the OP watch your backgrounds start with that, and forget the last pic even exist HDR
