iPhone Mount/Holder?

iPhone Mount/Holder?
I am looking for an iPhone mount/holder that I can use with a tripod. I've purchased an iPhone app to analyze my golf swing. In order to get the most out of the app, I think it is best to use a tripod, ensuring consistent image capture.
I am either search deficient or an iPhone mount/holder doesn't exist which allows for the use of a tripod (slik 800g).
If any of you are familiar with one, I would appreciate if you could please pass it along.

I dont think anyone would want duct tape residue left on their phone after use. maybe get an ipod/iphone dock and attach it somehow to the tripod?
