Default In need of Digital Camera

I want a good, fairly inexpensive, and user friendly Digi. I would say I would like to keep it under $300. Hi-Res. is always nice but I don't need anything too fancy, just a point and shoot that will interface to my PC nicely and look good on screen when I take pics of my recently purchased S!

I have heard that you want to go with a rechargeable camera vs one that takes regular batteries. Other than that, I am pretty much clueless as to what to buy.

I bought this one for my girlfriend this past christmas. She loves every bit of it.

Canon PowerShot SD600 Digital Elph Camera

A lot of features I liked are on that camera.

Try this website, it will help you a lot.

ELPH or the Sony W100 series are great, friendly cameras. Both are in your price range.

I bought this camera and so far love it. The camera retails at Ritz for around 400, butterflyphoto.com was the best price I could find
