I guess it depends on your definition of "photo." I gathered the data using a telescope and digital camera, and processed it myself, if that's what you're asking. This is what those objects look like in a reasonably good image of them; I didn't "create" anything, just gathered, processed and presented the data.

Yeah, the camera isn't inexpensive.

This one's a group of three galaxies fairly near to us (about 35 million light years away):

And this one's a large molecular cloud (the red part is about 70 light years across) about 6400 light years away (in our own galaxy), being ionized by the bright stars in its midst:
