One of them is CB65 & the other is ST65. Go with the one that has the 400D on the list. And yes you can use your OEM charger to charge these batteries.

Oh, and these have a higher mAh rating, does this mean they have less cycles? or these are quality?

The mAh is how much battery is inside the "battery". Thats the best I can explain it. Lets just say it'll last longer then the OEM one. I have 4 of these for my 30D and many for my Point&Shoot cameras. Haven't had a problem with these. I know many DSLR photographers use these as well. Goodluck

We have had numerous people who had their bootleg grips fail. Don't waste your money. I would also not trust a POS battery in my $1000 camera. It leaks, you're done.

True that! Thanks! You were referring to the after market grip correct? Not the sterlingtek batteries?

Both. Spend the money on a Canon grip. This is not a cheap hobby, and there really are almost no shortcuts in it.

While with you about going only with a Canon grip, I with regards to the Sterlingtek batteries. I have two myself and find them to be outstanding batteries. They last just as long or longer than my Canon battery and are just as well built. I have never heard of them failing.

Can I say the same about your Sigma lenses?

Sorry I had to do it, Dave...
