Recent Car Shoot
Good to see you posting here.
Your shots are very clean, and I like the level of contrast, you just have to work on some finer points. #2 is my favorite, of course, I only wish it were a wee bit wider on the left.
Great job!

Composition is by far my biggest challenge, imo. Do you have any suggested reading that could help me? I have considered taking an art class from a local community college. I have read a few books, but they still are not giving me what I need. I feel as though I am still just missing something, and its probably an easy concept.

Thanks for that! This has applied to me lately;
"If you take one thing away from this article, remember that composition means so much more than a basic “thirds” grid."
I have been stressing so much on the thirds, that I have been missing the fact there are power lines, or road signs or my exposure is wrong. My biggest fault is still rushing. I need to get my tripod, and SLOW DOWN...take my time fine tuning a shot, instead of rushing around and taking a hundred shots.
In picture 2, do the lines in the road ruined the shot? Could I have played to the lines to increase the power of the shot?
