Default renting studio time

What are your views on renting studio time? What should it come with? Since this is just a hobby for me, is it worth it?

if you got a couple of your friends together and some models i don't see why it would be a bad idea.

make a day out of it. should be fun.

Makes way more sense renting than owning a studio for me.

The one I go to is awesome. 14' ceilings, a TON of lights I can use, modifiers, whole 9 yards. Everything I mostly need they pretty much have. Granted they don't have fancy parabolic reflectors, but the times I've needed to use those are close to zero, so that's fine with me.

All for 40 cdn an hour.

as mentioned its all about how much the cost vs how much the need. But remember its charged by the hour so you better know your gear and have your stuff together b4 you get there. if you want to play around in there be prepared to still pay the same amt per hour.
