Isn't that what some people do now? Sucks Adobe shut down opening high quality previews of their stock photos in Bridge. I've replaced skies numerous times (but with my own sky shots), and combined images to use for presentations. I refuse to use another photographers work on my own photography, but I'll do it all day long for small work items.
