Default 2004 End of season meet

Looks like this event is ..............................
IT'S A GO!

September 26th, 2004 - SUNDAY

Meet up STARBUCKS between Safeway and Petland - Richmond/Signal Hill shopping area, around 2 pm grab a cup o' whatever, mill about and shoot the breeze.
3 PM - Leave for a moderate drive (route TBA). EARLY SUPPER in Crowfoot around 5 PM at Joey Tomatoes

If you were ever planning on buying FRS radios, this might be a good time. Get the ones that have the 38 sub-security channels, too. We should really start using these on our drives and set up some "ground rules". There's starting to get to be too many people going NUTS on these things.

Here's a running tally on who's "antied-up":
XV
koala
mikerpm
VTEXTC
Tuner 4
S2000 rider
mike2k
Calgarian
Reijo
chrissa

I will do my best to make this one. I'd really like to see everyone again this year.

I'd love to be at this.

I know Hondagal will not be sadly, Dave I know will put together a good time, with gloves and all.

Count me in. It falls on one of the few weekends I get off. Vince and Shel, it sure would be nice to meet you folks!

Here's a vote for an early supper if we are going to have one, since lots of folks will be back to work on Monday morning!

Yes, I'd like to not have it go too late into the evening.
How about we do an early supper (like sit down to order by 5 pm) or a late lunch (like by 1 pm). We could just do a big lunch and once home, we don't have to pig out at supper at home.

I have a wedding to attend on that Sat but I guess I can go home early and get my sleep for the drive down there Assuming no other things of higher priorities come up, I'm down for this meet. Guess I'll book Monday off so I don't have to rush home on Sun evening to get my beauty rest.

Oh yeah, hopefully the weather won't put a damper on this meet.
