No-one interested?

It's auto-x, but there's none of the usual classes just straight-up RAW time!

If you're still running your s2k on winters or all seasons then come on out! If you've got a moderately fun winter beater then come get to know it better!

C'mon Grant -- you know I'll be there if the highway is safe enough for the trip.

Jo has the Civic, so it's going to be the S2000. No all-seasons, so it's Star Specs or winters.

I thought it wasn't good to store/drive the Starspecs at these temps?

I ran on my Star Specs at an RX-7 event last year where the temperaure was above zero but the ground was below zero. Surprisingly, they worked well (and no damage from the drive up and back).

On the downside, they have zero grip on ice or snow. I was able to easily push my car sideways last year when they got onto a patch of ice

So, the odds are high that I will be running winter tires at next week's event. Slow and sloppy, but fun.

Check the forecast people!

It looks like Summer tires, or even R's might be king!

It might be our first Winter-X, but that's only 'cause we don't run a "fall-x" series.

I'll give summer or all-season tires the win over r-comps. It's going to be warm, but not THAT warm
