Default 50k !!

Broke through 50,000 kms today....two sets of tires later and everything seems to run perfectly. Let's hope for another 50,000 kms of worry free fun!

50K? What year is your S2000? I'm half way there at 25K (2002).

It's good to see that people are putting on trouble free miles with their S2000s. I recall when they first came out, sceptics identified the high compression/redline limits of the S2000 that would ultimately encourage the premature demise of our engines.

Good to hear!

Hey Dave...I try but having to little ones in the house puts my time at a bit of a premium (I do try to get out to the pre drive meets though). I was going to do the run to the Hat with you guys but I am in Comox that weekend (with the car!).

Given that the car is almost 3 and 1/2 years old I am doing ok with the mileage (my goal was 15K per year but I have been trying to catch up from an over enthusiastic first year. Also, the car sits more often now...I bought an E36 M3 Sedan a few months back so the Honda gets more of a rest than it used to.

Asif...I hope to see you in 2050! (I may need a bigger trunk for my walker!)

42,000 KM on mine. I'll have 50,000 KM by the end of Sept (roadtrip to Seattle/Van next weekend). Warranty is gonna be done too, but the car has been running very solid. Had the clutch replaced under the TSB...

Still the original front tires, but I'll buy new ones in the spring, as they're getting close to being done.
