Sept 2, 3:55 pm. Silver (with red interior it seems). Older couple in there. Heading east on whitemud freeway. I saw you from behind at a distance and I decided to catch up to you by going 120 in an 80 zone weaving between lanes Pulled up right beside you before I decided to turn off at 111 st ramp. I gave thumb up and your wife just smiled.

my GF with me thought I was a freak. She said "It's just a stupid car"...

Yep, your right Asif, Rolls Royce 1

We (suposedly) have obscenity rules re. number plates over here as well, but somehow 'FU 2' slipped through the system. It was famously on an E type Jag in the '60's (owned by a porn star if I remember correctly!).

UK cars, like cars for the Japanese market, are built with the steering wheel on the correct side of the vehicle , so unfortunately our nice factory cleared lights are no good to you folks. However, as xviper says, lights sourced from Europe (France, Belgiun, Holland, Germany etc, etc,) will have the correct pattern for driving in N. America, but they aint cheap.

Whether or not Asif will let you use them on your cars is another matter altogether!

Its not a problem having continental headlights with cleared markers on our cars. I'm guessing anyone would pull you over for having RHD headlights i.e JDM just because the different light spread pattern would be so obvious that you would be blinding on coming traffic.

Next time you're out, take a look at the way our headlights spread...more light on the right side of the road away from on coming traffic. In the same way, JDM lights spread more light on the left, hence directing light from on coming traffic if you drive on the left side of the road.

Food for thought I guess.
Cheers
Asif

So, there is your answer FormerH22a4, purchase a pair of headlight enclosures from Continental Europe (LHD, like Canada) and you'll be just fine

There are a variety of 'silvered' indicator bulbs on the market which fit the S2000. These make the 'cleared' effect all the better (and still flash orange)

I have just had a look at Rick's solution and it looks both neat and cost effective - nice
