Yep, that's done. If they say otherwise, fight it. The unibody is bent. Always go back for a second opinion on value too, they always lowball you on the first offer.

Basically the 'frame' of the car. The fenders/bumpers/doors/etc. can be replaced, but if the unibody that they bolt on to is bent then there's little they can do to fix it. Shops can pull it back to something closer to straight, but there's a limit.















wow!...that is def. getting written off....still surprised you didn't get injured when it rolled on its side
