Canvas patch kit

Anyone have a canvas top patch kit they recommend and where to buy it? I've read there's a good one from the uk, but I'd like to avoid buying overseas for this stuff.

I've got my old top still kicking around. You can cut a few pieces off if that's all you need. I removed it when it started to get some holes, and I wanted to upgrade to the glass window anyway.
