Hmmm... Sounds like the same kind of BS I dealt with at Soundsaround. I will not use UPS for the simple fact their brokerage fees are outrageous. A $30 US item ends up costing $100+ CDN after you pay all the fees. That sucks, it's not like $250 is going to make or break their business.

F#$CK UPS! Use another shipping firm next time. I will never deal with them
again. They screwed me on an item I bought last Christmas holidays. The seller
gave me a credit for items I bought and they used another shipper next time.

UPS is on my BLACKLIST. I try my best to get the seller to use ANY other shipper and if the product is not that important to me, I will NOT purchase from that company. I'll pay a little extra from another company if it will mean going with another shipper.
