Default darn f?!@#? convertible top cover

I tried to put that darn thing on for the first time. Spent two minutes and then I quit/give up.

How the heck can u throw that thing on the back without the possibility of scratching up the rear trunk of the car???????

Seems like u need two people to put that thing on.

Think Honda should have attempted to make a cover that folds over the top automatically.

It's useless. I tried to put it on once, but was worried about scratching the trunk. My only real complaint about this car.

same, used it once, worked well but not over 100km/h
the rear would come up and I am afraid it might scratch the back.

I use mine just about everytime I drive the car. Takes 30 secionds to put on and 30 seconds to take off after a little practice. I felt the same way as you guys the first couple of times I tried to use it. My problem wasn't putting it on it was taking it off but now no problem. My mechanic said I am the only one he knows that uses it so I guess I am in the minority but I want to keep the top clean if I can.

It takes a bit of practice, but IMHO makes the car look a lot more finished - and keeps dust out of the top area. Takes me about 30 seconds - I put it on the folded down top, snap the snaps on the elastic (with a twist to avoid the dreaded vibration from the wind!) then shove the thing forward onto the other snaps. After a while it seems to know where to go, and I'll hit three of the four without any fuss. Then, its reach underneath and snap the last one. Stuff in the back, and good to go.

At least you have a 2002 and only two of the dreaded underneath snaps. Practice, I think the look is worth it!

Good luck!
