Garage renos...ideas?
I'm not very creative....freshly painted white walls and gray paint on the floor is as unique as I can think of. Any ideas for something different? I have seen grated tiles for the floor at a car show a few years back....anyone's suggestions would be appreciated.

White walls are good.....generally poor lighting in garages.....heck maybe add some lights!....or a bigger window or more windows.....
Is this attached to your home or? If you are coming out this afternoon, let's talk!
Of course you could always go with a checkered flag design for the floor! :^)
Or, an elastomeric coating for the floor.....you know the stuff that they use for indoor parking lots (such as Banker's Hall).....provides a water barrier for the concrete so that salt water does not penetrate the concrete and come in contact with the steel reinforcing....and shorten the life of the concrete floor.
Uh....automotive posters.....
Interesting to think about.....hmmmm....

How big is your garage? Is it used summer only or winter as well?
Recesses lighting in the floors always looks sharp. How about an old fuel pump, or a neon lighted Gas station sign? If you have some space, a mobile wet bar with automobilia decoration and a television always looks sharp.
Try www.griotsgarage.com They have some neat ideas as well.
Good luck!

Yes, that would be a nice garage.....all of a sudden sleeping in the garage wouldn't seem so bad!
I am currently prepping my floor for the epoxy paint....degreasing, etching, priming, and then painting...what a pain (especially trying to keep the garage warm enough in this weather we have been having). My house is currently full of things that normally reside in the garage....what a mess.
