GAWD! I love driving this car in winter.
Brilliantly well said Dave. The only way I understand someone parking their car all winter is if they plan on keeping it forever.
Of course, to each their own, but I'll never understand parking the S and driving a beater. (or spending 50K on a winter vehicle)

95% of Calgary cars have the front end sandblasted from the winter road crap. I am telling you don't drive your S in the winter
Oh and yes I am keeping my S for ever and ever and ever..
I only spend $25K on a winter beater...
I love this forum..... Hugs!

You guys need to look at my car with a fine tooth comb. My ITR has more "personality" then any other car on the road
Speaking of which, I recently got 2 new spider cracks on my windshield ($%&*@#$%@#!!!!) while driving back to cowtown from Christmas holidays.

Geez, I didn't mean to raise a huger contraversy. But nicelyarticulated, Xviper. However, I beg to differ with you. Keeping a car in better than average condition does demand a premium come selling time. All of my 10 Hondas were pampered and each one of them brought more that the average selling price. I just sold a '97 Accord for $16,000 when most are selling for around $13K.
My point was only that so many owners on this forum are extremely anal about their cars, yet submit them to elements such as salt, sand and such. If you were truly that concerned over your precious car, you would never expose them to Canadian Winter driving conditions.
You can do what you wish with your car; that is your choice. It just seems a little inconsistent with many of the views expressed on this forum. I admire you for braving the elements with your S2000.
