Default I have been challenged - S2k vs. S5

On another site i am on i have been getting some hate from some guy with a new audi S5. Apparently my little s2k is a 'rice rocket' and that it would be 'smoked' by his audi.

What to do... what to do...

So i challenged him to come out to the june 8th track attack at stratotech and man up to see who might be quicker around the track.

1997cc versus 4163cc

should be interesting...

After you spank him on the track, send him to one of our autocross events

^... curious to see how this turns out for he has had some track time in it but it feels to me as though he thinks his car on paper means he will DOMINATE ALL.

early prediction is that i should have 1-2 seconds per lap on him.

The S5 is in the A Stock category for autocross, which means that he won't dominate in that sport. Track is different, but experience should count for more than anything. I know that if I make it to a Stratotech event, I would be happy if I could be within a few seconds of your times.

Only one FTD? Of course, if it was at the U.S. Nationals, then go ahead and retire

I think us trying a different discipline is a great idea; it's just scheduling that is the issue. Do you have a link to the Stratotech schedule?

interesting...

from my experience,

people with newer cars, barely even break the 1:17 mark..

ian this guy will be 5 seconds behind you cause he hasnt driven his car to this limit yet i bet.
