Well, Chris (the owner of club rsx) has a turbo'ed rsx that runs 13 flat at over a mile above sea level.

I'm hoping to take it for a drive

There is no question that the K series motor has far more potential than the F20C/F22C. NA RSX's are hitting close to 300 WHP with just bolt-on's, basically.
