Hi!

I am new to the board.

I am in the market for a used S2K in 2003. I am looking for a low milage car with no winters. First choice silver, second choice red. I live in Edmonton and am willing to travel to Calgary or Vancouver for the right car. If anyone has one for sale out there next spring or summer, please let me know.

I would prefer a one owner local car. I know that with the VTEC it's important to know the car's prior life. Thought that this would be a great place to start my search.

I have low kms on mine....SUPER low, actually, compared to most, considering the year, but u wouldnt like my color..lolol....nor do i wanna give it up....but good luck! welcome to the board!

 

You should put up another post at the end of this thread when it gets closer to the time that you'll be buying. There's a couple guys here in Calgary who do a lot of dealer "cruising".

There is a great red S2K w/ 11,000 KM's on it for $39,900 here in Calgary... but I dunno if it'd be around in the spring... the deals on a car like this are probably better during the winter anyway.

You should have no problems finding a used one in 2003, the market for used S2000 is a bit slow. You might even be lucky and find a 2002 model.

That is like a $5000 savings. No GST and extended warrantee is $1500

 

Thanks for the info! I know it's early but I thought that I would get the word out. I will be ready to pull the trigger spring '03, but if I wait until the fall I think the price may be better. This board is great and I look forward to becoming an "oficial" member this coming year.
