Default My new ride

I purchased this new car about a week ago, and had it delivered, it came from Edmonton. Saturday night it finally arrived. It was colder than the arctic, and it had oil splattered all over the roof.

The car went right to the car wash and I was able to blast the oil off, with no residue left, so after that I was a pretty happy camper.

I want to keep it clean so I can do the 3M kit on it.

Nice!!!
Congrats on the new car, I love those. I love how they don't drive like a SUV.

I am tired of the BMW , the heavy doors, the lack of power, so I looked around and this car was the only one I felt would suit me. It is pretty quick, has decent cargo space (maybe not to the extent of other SUV's) and it is not top heavy feeling.

Hey!!!!!! That's exactly like mine. Except my license plate is different. You will love it.

I am impressed with the acceleration. I think it does 0 to 60 in about 6.3 sec. It is quite amazing.

I have the 3M kit on it now. The package cost retail is $1035.00. The areas that I covered plus the areas I believe would be outside the regular package are:

24 inch bikini hood - standard package
full bumper coverage - standard
partial pieces on left and right front quarter panels - standard
backside of mirrors - standard
top bumper lip coverge on rear - standard

left and right pillars plus front roof coverage to the glass sunroof.
black painted door frames (all 4)
alum piece on shift knob - scratches very easily
painted lower door sills (inside for shoe scuffs)

$740 cash is what I paid.

Mark, I figured I copied your colour combination. Do you have your windows tinted??? if so could I see a picture?

I can't wait to break the car in and test the fun!!!

No tint. And yes you copied me. The only thing I dont like is the space. It could use a little more room, but I gotta tell ya I think it is just as quick as my SL.
