Try RCTS - their claim to fame is a One Lap of American Supra Turbo. I also used them to do a leakdown test on my S2000 before I bought it from the previous owner. They know their stuff.

Unfortunately, I don't have a link or number handy, but check the phone book. It could also be listed as Reimer Consulting Technical Services.

You could also try Davenport, they will definitely know their stuff too, but they really focus on domestics, and have quite a few high horsepower Corvettes in their portfolio.

These shops would be joints who could do the installs and the tune of a turbo set up by reason that they possess their own dynos, but if it's general maintenance, probably not.
