i used satelite dish extruded mesh,its aluminum and comes natural grey and black ,then i put the black u channel vinyl around it,has glue in the centre to hold it ,i attached it with black sheet metal screws to the plastic bars in the grill, they are small enough ,you hardly notice, my rad is clean and the bugs flush off real well,
