Direct insults are not in the right spirit of why we have a community section, nor are attacks on an entire region of owners. Certainly voice opinions but if yours differs, try not to take things personally and respond aggressively. Just speak your point of view and move on.

I'm not going to remove any of the past posts, but I might split them into a separate thread if you guys would like somewhere to continue bickering.

Saw an IOP in Grande Prairie with Yukon plates! Also a blue AP2 and my wife saw a yellow in Peace River.

 

Hey all - just joined. I'm in Edmonton. My ride is a 2006 GPW; bone stock so far. I got it in from Cali not too long ago. I had 2000 Silverstone Metallic before this one.

I'll definately give a wave or a nod to others lucky enough to have an S2K; sometimes I get it back, and sometimes not. Whatever.

Probably... I saw the thread about getting badged but I wasn't sure what that meant...?

 

Saw a GPW with black hood (carbon fibre?) yesterday on Jasper ave heading east, about 6:00pm. Anyone here? I gave the thumbs up but was on the other side and too late, and anyways I was in my Pilot... (i've forgetten and waved at one dude while driving the pilot and i think he thought i was a weirdo.)

 

Who parks their yellow S2K down on Horton Road (Calgary)? My mechanic (Dale Spooner of 54th and 4th) kept thinking it was mine.
