So I guess Edmontonian S2000 owners are douchebags.

I drove by 4 different S2000s today. I was in my Rio Yellow AP2.

The first one I saw was a Laguna Blue Pearl AP2 on Calgary Trail. We drove side by side for awhile and he just stared straight ahead. He had a front license frame attached, so I'm guessing it's an imported car, plus I don't think LBP is offered in Canada.

The second one was a Silverstone AP2 heading West on Whyte Ave. Older guy with older woman. He saw me wave at him and he turned away right away. Shut down!

Finally I saw a Spa Yellow AP1 on Calgary Trail. We acknowledged each other.

So I guess in conclusion, most Edmontonian s2k owners are unfriendly, AP1 owners are better people than AP2 owner, and people are generally assholes.

By the sounds of it, you're one of those assholes. Maybe I'll start flipping off fellow s2k owners.

Dude, get over it and move on. You just insulted an entire region's car owners. If this is how you go about making friends..... oh never mind. If this is the biggest problem you have, you're doing o.k.

Spotted: GTSJeff pulled over on the side of the road with his face buried in his hands crying his eyes out because a random stranger didn't wave back at him.

Dude, get some friends and it won't upset you when somebody doesn't wave back. Do you wave at a stranger that's wearing the same shoes as you?

So you are one of those asshole then eh?

But yeah, if I was wearing some unique kicks that only people into shoes wear, and I was sitting next to someone else was wearing the same shoes, then yeah I'd probably say something. You see, when you enjoy something (such as a car) and you see someone else that does, people usually enjoy acknowledging each other. AE86 owners always wave at each other. I even get waves from Subaru owners when I'm driving my bone stock Legacy wagon. Even some kid in a new 1er cabriolet gave the thumbs up to me as I drove by. Car enthusiasts are fairly rare and usually show some kinship to each other.

What about you? Do you hate being forced into conversation with a stranger? Does it make you uncomfortable to make eye contact with a stranger? Are you too elitist to talk to someone who isn't already your friend? Or do you prefer the simplicity of arguing with a stranger over the internet? Just for you buddy:
