Dino oil = "normal" oil. As opposed to "synthetic" oil. You said you are just below the "add" mark. It takes 1L to go from the "add" mark to the "full" mark. You'll need at least 1L to bring it to full. You should keep another one on hand to top up as you use the oil up over the next bunch of KMs.

You put in 1L and it's still below the "add" mark? If this is the case, then you should not have seen any oil on the dipstick when you checked it before adding this liter. Check it in the morning to be sure before adding more. You don't want to overfill it either. Keep track of how many you put in. If you end up putting in more than 3, you may have incurred damage that may be irreversible.

oh when i first checked it there was oil but it looks more like splatter marks rather then a readable level.... so i will run my car then when i get to work i will check the oil, but the oil level has definitly gone up... i guess every gas fill im going to be checking on the oil

Although Honda has indicated in the owner's manual to check the oil level when the engine is up to operating temps, it's a lot easier to do when the engine hasn't been started yet for the first time in the day. I believe Honda did this so as to make it convenient to do the check and fueling up is a time when most motorists remember to do this. A cold check, after the car has been shut down overnight is a more accurate reading assuming that where you park it is level. You should get used to doing this check first thing in the day before you start the engine up.
If you must check it HOT, then get used to pulling the stick out immediately upon shutting the engine off (wipe the stick clean), leave it out for 3 - 4 minutes to allow the oil to fall out of the dipstick hole, then put the stick back in and take your reading. This will minimize or eliminate the "splatters" that you noted the other time you checked.

10W30 dino oil should all be the same viscosity. Maybe one was kept outside? I never buy my oil at a gas station. They hose you on the price. Walmart or Crappy Tire. If by chance the Quaker State was also outside and it poured thin, this should tell you something about it's quality.
