Default paint chip...argh

stupid me..

I've never had any problem with parking beside railings where shopping carts are stored (not sure how to explain it) and opening my door.

For some reason, I misjudged the one at home depot. Hit the edge of the door on the railing. The paint chip on the edge is perhaps the size of a grain of sand or two but it's down to the metal.

I sure heck don't want that spot to rust.

Other than just slapping on touch-up paint, what else should I do???

Can I just use clearcoat that spot?

Just go to Honda and buy a TOUCH-UP PAINT pen. They cost about $14. They pen has two ends. One is the exact color match for your car and the other is a clear coat.
