Well for a start, I got tired of storing the S2K under a tarp or in a borrowed garage, 100 miles away. I got out the skill saw and rebuilt my garden shed to accommodate the car. Turned shed 90 degrees to access the end of the shed and added 5 feet and a small door.

I now have a custom built garage within 20 feet of the driveway. This way I can take her out of the hibernation chamber any time the weather suits me.

In the summer I am too busy driving the car to think about making changes to it. Can't even afford the time off road to remove a small surface dent. In Winnipeg if the weather is too poor to drive it is too poor to take her out to a body shop.

Ah well, maybe next summer. . . .

Nothing ever goes to plan for me, but this is what I'd like to do:

new final drive (4.56 or 4.77)
rick's x-brace (had one on order but its taking too long, so I'll order again in the spring)
mugen or supersprint exhaust
comptech intake, replace butchered undertrays I cut for the AEM V2
replace my strikers because my hardtop is rattling like crazy
get honda dealer to fix my squeaky rear brake(s) OR go to slotted rotors/new pads/stainless lines

Your brakes squeak too?
Mine are annoying as hell. Everytime I touch the brakes, they squeak. I feel like I should be driving a "piece of crap american car from the 70's" with the brake squeel I'm getting.

Yep, it's annoying as hell. They only started doing this after my rear passanger brake assembly (basically everything) was replaced from the accident I had in 2004.

I'm about to fix the hardtop rattles though, just ordered the updated strikers from hardtopguy.

There is a lot of misinformation going around s2ki about the 04+ having the updated strikers, and this is a lie. Unless they started using them part of the way through the model year (I have #88, so its possible they didn't change the standard part yet).

The ironic thing of course is that the updated strikers come with the hardtop install kit, and I gave them away to gcurnew last winter, thinking I already had them installed.

Oh well, I got a camera mount out of the swap

1) Supersprint exhaust is sitting in my garage awaiting install.

2) Rick's 4.56 gears and header have been shipped and should be here this week.

Where are you having your gears installed?

ah gearing ! good stuff.. i noticed the gearing in the ap2 is alrady agressive enough thats why i dont want to touch it.

so this is what i got a
steel 4 pt rollcage
new tein rs suspension
new gold wheels(secret) w/a048r
j's racing header and 70rr exhaust
modified OEM intake..
Spoon Monoblock 4pot

full aero kit(secret)

most likely i will get a OEM hardtop again.

i cant do it again with siebon very unhappy about that/
and i will probaly be getting a new wing for my car i really like the j's racing one

Not to offend, just curious as to why you would do all the performance upgrades then add the unsprung weight and aerodynamic inefficiency of a bodykit and a J's racing wing ? Colin Chapman said it best. "If you want to go fast, lose weight".

* You know the J's/70rr is going to provide decent power but is loud as hell on the street ?
