oh the meguilars stuff complety unclouded it... but it seems foggy i guess... not cloudy....

it was clear after the meguilars stuff... but it seemed like some residue stuff stayed and made it foggy... but its clearing away slowly

Then I would guess that the Maguiars left some kind of greasy/waxy residue. Plexus doesn't do this.

I see. If this is the case, then I'd say you didn't clean the window good enough at the time of the tint installation or you may have "fiddled" with the tint too long and dust and dirt got in while you were manipulating it. Also, the cloudiness may be from fluid still trapped in between, which would indicate that you didn't squeegie the fluid out in the proper fashion.

oh no... .say without the tint... is there not 2 layers of the clear plastic window???

Pretty certain the plastic window is "one" layer of plastic.

I'd agree with dave that you may not have gotten all of the moisture out from when you installed the static cling

oh... cause i took off the static cling to make sure it wasnt between the two.... with it off.. its still cloudy

Have you tried Plexus yet? Plexus will get rid of it for sure. I had the same issue on my '01.
