Thanks for all the advice! This is all stuff I've been taking into consideration. Rates do make a huge difference... even just half a percent.

I'm moving back to Red Deer actually. April 1st is when I take over both of our red deer stores, so I'll be moving back regardless of my house being done or not...

but it should take 4-5 months to build.

Update: My younger brother takes delivery of his Titanium Grey Mazda3 GT w/ GFX package tomorrow, if all goes to plan.

Personally, I have found a way to get myself into a brand new S2000. My car is for sale, and as long as it sells within the next couple of months, I'll be ordering an '04 Grand Prix White w/ black/red interior.

I'm also going to be in contact with Asif's dad about possibly just trading mine in ASAP.

I'll look into buying a cheap beater to drive until spring-time...

These young rich punks!

Dylan, seriously, I'm happy for you. It's truly nice to see young people being able to do well on their own.

Mostly at this point working the trade-in angle at a dealership... its probably the easiest way to unload it right now... and I'm going to take a big hit doing it... but it eliminates the car payment which is the whole goal for my mortgage.

In spring time my uncle is going to do the car-loan for me, so that works out nicely... he's really taking care of me on this whole move... which is great because I think I'd be lost on a lot of this stuff... so many things happening these days that I've never done before.

Dave,

I admit I've had some lucky breaks in life, and I've simply decided to take advantage of them to the fullest!
