Black2000 and I have pretty major systems. Most 6 1/2" speakers fit.

Thats pretty sweet Woodson!

So really? most 6 1/2" speakers will fit? Have u recently seen the Dyna Audio speakers? (Its pretty rare to find the mobile versions) ....but I was wondering, what kind of speakers are u using and what type of depth is involved ...i.e do u still have lotsa room between the door and the window tract? (is it moveable, the tract?)

.....I have a pretty extensive audio system in my other car and vowed never to change anything in the S...but Im not so sure about some of the performance mods out there so i might just spend it on the audio system....everyone here knows what the stereo is like when the top is down....NOT a pretty thing to listen to...

blackS2000?....maybe u could put in your 2cents too?

I have the Lucid's rear speakers panel, Kenwood KFC-1387 for rears, and Kenwood KFC-P603 for fronts laying around int eh basement. They're gonna go in during spring. I have a JVC SH909 (think that's the model #) for mp3 deck.

NO amp though. Don't have room for that, and i'm not too eager to put it in the spare tire location either.

Get high powered external amps, new head unit and new 6.5" door speakers (will need to make MDF spacers or by Lucids spacers), 10" sub in trunk, optional rear speakers...and you can hear your music even when the top is down. I went with Alpine throughout except for the Focal door speakers.

I had no problem spending the $ on this mod because I love loud music and the stereo system is transferable.
